Q: Will my cell phone fit?

A: Most likely.  The cell phone pouch is 5″ x 3″ and approx 1″ deep.  The Droid X is the only phone we have come across that it a tight fit.  If you would like to use this wallet with your Droid X please enter a note in the “message to seller” section and we will adjust the size of the pouch to accommodate.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be completed?

A: Most items are made to order.  The current production time is constantly updated on my website (http://kerriannhandmade.com).

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: I use USPS priority mail.  I do this for several reasons: 2-3 business day shipping time frame (US, 6-10 business day International), convenient pick up service, and tracking availability (US only), means you can start enjoying your wallet faster!

Q: I seen a fabric you previously sold and is not currently listed.  Will this fabric be available again?

A: Maybe.  We order small batches of fabrics so that we can offer a variety of selections.  If a particular fabric becomes very popular we may order more.  Fabrics may also be discontinued.  Contact us if you have a particular fabric in mind and we will check the availability.

Q: Can I request a specific fabric that I seen elsewhere?

A: Certainly!  If you would like a specific fabric contact us and provide the url to the fabric and we will try to accommodate your request.  Please note, the price may need to be adjusted depending on the cost of the fabric.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Maybe.  We would love to offer you your perfect wallet.  During times of heavy production we may not be able to accommodate a custom order.  Contact us, or check our website to see if we are accepting custom orders.
