Yesterday we spent the morning at the playground.  We went home and got lunch. Then while I was trying to get the baby down for a nap (a late nap at that), I sat down with a desperately needed cup of coffee.  My 4 year old daughter looks at me and says “What are you doing?  Go to work“.  I asked her if it was ok that I took the day off and spent quiet time with her before we went to karate.  She reply’s “Um, whatever, you are the boss“.  She said it with such attitude.  It was hilarious!

I am so thankful for having days like this.  Being able to stay home with my children and contribute financially is a blessing.
